ABOUT ME
Brionna Nijah struggled with suicidal ideation (thoughts), self-harm, and anger from the age of 5-18. Her goal is to help those who struggle to get out of dark spaces find freedom from their past and their mental habits.
Suicide prevention starts with cultivating programs, mentorship, and holistic environments that intrigue youth everywhere.
As an experienced and esteemed holistic wellness coach & speaker, published poet, and author, Brionna Nijah aims to deliver education, inspiration, and hope to a variety of audiences on teen suicide and mental health. She has spoken at McDonough High School, Bowie State University, Potomac High School, and youth ministries. Her book BREATHE, is located at McDonough High School, Odenton, and Crofton public libraries, and countless households. She has been a spotlight artist for her poetic work at RedZone Blitz.
Brionna Nijah is also a lover of ART. She believes in the power of expressing and communicating thoughts and feelings in words, on canvases, and on-screen.
